Umdoni Exploration Inc. (UDI) has announced a name and symbol change to Zeus North America Mining Corp. (ZEUS) and a two (2) for one (1) stock split of its issued and outstanding common shares. 

Upon completion of the split, there will be approximately 51,938,898 shares issued and outstanding.

Please note that all open orders will be canceled at the close of business on February 29, 2024. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

Une fois le fractionnement réalisé, environ 51 938 898 actions seront émises et en circulation.
